Well...doesn't this story ring a bell. I think I've heard it all before and now look where we're at here in Estevan. Biggest difference...we'd actually be reusing the CO2 instead of storing it underground. I know how excited we were when we were told that Estevan was going to get the clean coal plant here and now...just disappointment!!
